Jeff is a creative coder who's been working in the web industry for over 14 years. He earned his stripes starting in various advertising agencies in Toronto, Canada and eventually moved on to bigger and better online challenges, with a few forays into academia along the way. Currently he lives and works in Bangkok as the Director of Engineering at MAQE.
Four years ago MAQE, a digital agency in Bangkok, decided to switch to agile. We wanted to escape the churn and burn of agency life and find a more responsive relationship with our clients. Since then we've found where agile failed in an agency environment and many places where it succeeded. In this talk we'll see the good, the bad and the risks involved in switching to agile in a digital agency.
